COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan , May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic has suspended the activities of 50 legal entities after information provided by Western partners and reviewed by Kyrgyz state bodies indicated that the companies may have been involved in transactions and foreign economic operations carrying elevated sanctions-related risks.

Following receipt of this information, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, together with other authorized state bodies, conducted a review under the interagency mechanism on cooperation to identify bad-faith participants in foreign economic activity and transactions with increased sanctions risks. Based on the findings and submissions of the competent agencies, the Ministry of Justice issued an order to suspend the activities of 50 legal entities.

This is the first measure of its kind taken by the Kyrgyz Republic under the new interagency procedure.

“The decision regarding these 50 legal entities is a preventive measure designed to demonstrate that our jurisdiction must not be used for bad-faith foreign economic activity or the circumvention of restrictions,” said Ayaz Batyrkulovich Baetov, Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. “We take information received from our Western partners seriously concerning possible sanctions-related risks for the national economy, and the Kyrgyz Republic will act within the framework of its national legislation to remain in line with its international obligations.”

The Ministry emphasizes that the measure is preventive and regulatory in nature. It is aimed at strengthening control mechanisms, reducing exposure to secondary sanctions, and ensuring that legal entities registered in the Kyrgyz Republic conduct their activities in accordance with national legislation.

The order was issued following interagency consideration of available information on foreign economic activity, payment chains, counterparties, trade routes, and other indicators associated with elevated sanctions risk. The Ministry of Justice acted within its legal authority and in accordance with the established procedure for suspending or terminating the activities of legal entities where relevant grounds are identified.

The Ministry does not disclose the names, ownership structures, or sectors of the affected companies at this stage, in accordance with applicable legal and procedural requirements. Further actions will be carried out through appropriate legal channels.

The Kyrgyz Republic maintains that it does not support or facilitate the circumvention of international restrictions by any party. State bodies continue to strengthen cooperation, monitoring, and compliance mechanisms to prevent the misuse of Kyrgyz registration, banking infrastructure, logistics routes, or trade documentation in high-risk transactions. The Government remains open to constructive engagement with Western partners and will continue to provide relevant information through established diplomatic and institutional channels.

The Ministry calls on all legal entities, financial institutions, exporters, importers, logistics operators, and other participants in foreign economic activity to conduct enhanced due diligence on counterparties, goods, payment routes, and end users. Businesses are urged to comply with Kyrgyz legislation, observe applicable regulatory requirements, and avoid any transactions that may expose the Kyrgyz Republic to risk.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Funding led by Lightspeed with participation from WndrCo, Amplify Partners and others, Reactor provides the infrastructure layer for real-time generative video

SAN FRANCISCO, May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Reactor, the developer platform for real-time generative video, today emerged from stealth with $59 million in funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from WndrCo, Amplify Partners, Sky9 Capital, FPV Ventures, and additional investors.

Reactor is building the infrastructure layer that makes real-time world models accessible to developers, enabling a new generation of interactive AI applications across media and entertainment, physical AI, and robotics.

World models represent a fundamental shift in AI, from a tool you prompt, into an experience you can step inside and interact with in real time. This shift unlocks a new form of media: experiences that are no longer pre-rendered, but generated dynamically and shaped by user interaction.

Yet despite rapid advances from leading labs, no platform exists to run these models in production or allow developers to build applications on top of them at global scale. Reactor is addressing that need.

The Reactor platform provides a unified SDK and API that allows developers to build real-time interactive applications in just a few lines of code, without needing to manage the complexity of deploying and running these systems at scale.

“World models are redefining what AI can do, moving from systems that generate content in isolation, to ones that perceive and respond in real time,” said Alberto Taiuti, co-founder and CEO of Reactor. “We are building the critical layer between the model labs and the developers who want to create with them. This is about enabling a new form of media; one where experiences that weren’t previously possible, are generated live, and anyone can build and distribute them.”

Reactor was co-founded by Alberto Taiuti, CEO, and Bryce Schmidtchen, CTO, both former technical leads on the Apple Vision Pro. Taiuti previously co-founded Luma AI, where he served as CTO and built the infrastructure behind one of the world’s most widely used 3D and video generation platforms.

The broader team includes engineers and researchers from Apple, Netflix, Meta, Google, Adobe, Replicate, and Microsoft, with deep experience in graphics, real-time systems, interactive media, and scaling AI infrastructure.

“Real-time video models are currently inaccessible to developers due to a lack of infrastructure that can reliably serve them,” said Bucky Moore, Partner at Lightspeed. “Alberto, Bryce, and the team bring a rare combination of real-time systems expertise and product vision to this problem, and we believe Reactor is well positioned to become the foundational platform in this new category.”

Reactor is already working with partners across media and entertainment, and physical AI, with active customer demand from film and television studios, and robotics companies.

“Every major shift in media has been driven by new tools that expand what creators can do,” said Jeffrey Katzenberg, Founding Partner at WndrCo, who will join Reactor as a board observer. “AI is a transformative moment, but the real opportunity lies in making these technologies usable at scale. Reactor is building the platform that can enable a new generation of storytelling and interactive experiences.”

Leading world model developers are beginning to build on Reactor as an infrastructure layer for real-time systems. Overworld is leveraging the platform to support development around its interactive world models, demonstrating how these systems can evolve from research into fully usable, interactive experiences.

“Building world models is only part of the challenge, making them usable and responsive in real time is equally critical,” said Louis Castricato, CEO at Overworld. “Reactor provides infrastructure support that helps us bring these systems to developers and users, as we work toward building a new medium of interactive entertainment you can truly inhabit.”

Reactor’s strategic partners include Amazon Web Services (AWS), which will serve as the company’s preferred cloud provider, powering the compute infrastructure and distribution reach required to serve real-time generative video workloads at global scale.

“Reactor’s real-time video platform demands inference infrastructure that can deliver at the speed of interaction, not just the speed of generation, and AWS is unmatched in solving for the latency, scale, and reliability that these workloads require,” said Jason Bennett, VP and Global Head of Startups and Venture Capital at AWS. “Profitable AI starts with lower-cost inference. From purpose-built chips to flexible AI services, AWS is uniquely positioned to help platforms like Reactor scale real-time generative video economically to developers everywhere.”

The platform is available today via SDK and API. Pricing is usage-based, billed by model type. Developers can get started at reactor.inc

About Reactor

Reactor is the developer platform for real-time generative video. Its mission is to make real-time world models accessible to developers everywhere.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

QINGDAO, China, May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Haier Biomedical (SHA: 688139) has been named the No. 1 Chinese brand in global life science laboratory equipment sales and No. 1 in overseas sales in the same category, according to 2025 data published by Euromonitor International. The dual ranking places Haier Biomedical at the front of a competitive global field and caps a three-phase international expansion that has delivered a compound annual growth rate exceeding 20 percent.

Euromonitor International is one of the world’s leading independent market research firms, and its rankings are widely used as benchmarks across global procurement and industry analysis. The two No. 1 positions cover total global sales revenue and overseas sales revenue measured among Chinese-owned brands in the life science laboratory equipment category. The rankings span all global markets, confirming that Haier Biomedical is competing at the highest level against established international manufacturers.

The rankings also carry practical weight for international partners. In a field where equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term service support are critical to procurement decisions, independent verification of market leadership provides an additional layer of confidence for institutions evaluating suppliers.

Haier Biomedical’s international growth began with targeted projects, working directly with organizations including UNICEF and the WHO to solve specific unmet needs and building a leading position in solar-powered vaccine storage. From there, the company scaled its distribution network to cover 160 countries through more than 800 active dealer relationships. The current phase focuses on embedding full operational capabilities in key regions: local warehousing, sales, marketing, product planning, and R&D.

The company now operates overseas R&D centers in the UK, Italy, and Japan, each focused on specific product lines including centrifuges, cold chain and automation storage solutions, incubators, and biosafety cabinets. In the UK and continental Europe, dedicated product specialists in automation and centrifuge technology provide on-site support for GMP compliance, air safety, and sample purification, positioning Haier Biomedical as a laboratory workflow partner. Service standards developed in the US and UK are being replicated across the EU, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.

In Q1 2026, revenue in Germany, Australia, and Canada grew more than 50 percent, while Eastern Europe, South Asia, and Brazil each exceeded 100 percent year-on-year growth, with centrifuges and incubators both doubling in volume. In the pharmaceutical sector, Haier Biomedical is part of the supply chains of multiple leading pharmaceutical companies across key countries including Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Singapore, the US, Israel, and India. The company’s Ultra Energy series holds all eight top positions in the US Energy Star rankings for its category, making it the bestselling line in that segment.

Looking ahead, Haier Biomedical is set to deepen its localization investments and expand its product range, with the goal of helping global biopharmaceutical and life sciences laboratories improve efficiency and sustainability, as part of the company’s vision to lead the world in delivering integrated life sciences tools and intelligent productivity platforms.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Zero Critical, High, or Medium-Risk Findings Identified Across Five Months of Adversarial Testing by U.S. Cybersecurity Firm OnDefend of the DJI Air 3S and Matrice 4E

SHENZHEN, China, May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — DJI, the world’s leading drone manufacturer, today released the findings of an independent security assessment conducted by
OnDefend, a U.S.-based cybersecurity firm trusted by national security stakeholders and enterprise leaders. The assessment covered the DJI Air 3S with RC 2 controller and the DJI Matrice 4E with RC Plus 2 Enterprise controller, subjecting both systems to advanced adversarial testing across software, hardware, and radio frequency domains.

The assessment was authorized by DJI but conducted independently. To preserve the integrity of the evaluation, consumer units were procured directly from retail outlets without pre-notification to DJI, and enterprise units were sourced from existing dealer stock. All tested devices reflect standard U.S. market distribution.

Key Findings

The assessment produced zero critical, high, and medium-risk findings. Specifically:

Low-Risk Findings and Remediation

Ten low-risk findings and thirteen observations were identified, consistent with industry norms for complex mobile and embedded systems. They were primarily related to application security configurations, session handling, and wireless hardening. None presented a realistic risk to safe drone operation or to widespread exposure of confidential information. DJI collaborated with OnDefend on potential remediation during the engagement and is working to address remaining items in subsequent software releases.

“During the window of testing, OnDefend’s assessment of the Air 3S and Matrice 4E drone systems identified no clear evidence of hidden backdoors, no data transmissions outside the United States, and no viable pathways for hijacking or weaponization. No critical or high-risk findings were observed. To maintain national security assurance, ongoing testing of firmware, software updates, and verification of hardware and chip integrity are recommended for continuous and ongoing validation.” — OnDefend 2026 DJI Security Assessment

“This is the most comprehensive independent security assessment ever undertaken on our products,” said Adam Welsh, Head of Global Policy at DJI. “These findings confirm what DJI has consistently maintained: our products are secure, our data practices are transparent, and the concerns underlying our FCC Covered List designation are not supported by technical evidence. We commissioned this independent assessment because we believe facts should inform policy decisions. We are calling on the FCC to consider these findings carefully as part of our ongoing appeal, and we remain committed to engaging constructively with relevant authorities.”

What Was Tested and How

The engagement ran from October 2025 through March 2026 and was structured around three national security concerns: data sovereignty, hardware vulnerabilities, and drone manipulation risks.

As part of the independent assessment, OnDefend conducted hardware and firmware testing that extended far beyond conventional cybersecurity validation. Leveraging its proprietary hardware testing technology and capabilities to perform advanced teardown, RF, and silicon-level analysis designed to identify unauthorized transmission pathways, covert RF channels, counterfeit components, undocumented modifications, hidden antennas, and broader supply chain integrity risks.

On the software side, OnDefend conducted static and dynamic application security testing of the DJI Fly and Pilot 2 applications, full network traffic analysis across standard and local data mode operation, and adversary simulation including meddler-in-the-middle attacks, certificate bypass, privilege escalation, and jailbreak attempts.

On the hardware side, the OnDefend team, enabled by their proprietary hardware testing technology, performed full-spectrum radio frequency scanning from 1 MHz to 6 GHz, PCB-level hardware teardown and component analysis, supply chain integrity verification, and RF exploitation testing including replay, jamming, and injection attacks.

Why OnDefend Was Selected as the Independent Security Inspector

OnDefend’s offensive security team includes U.S. military and government professionals with deep operational experience in national security. The firm specializes in
advanced adversarial testing designed to identify national security, supply chain, and technology integrity risks across software, hardware, and supply chain environments. Its proprietary testing technology uses AI-driven imaging and silicon-level analysis to identify unauthorized transmission pathways, counterfeit components, and undocumented hardware modifications, testing capabilities typically not part of standard hardware security assessments.

Testing Engagement

The findings reflect a defined window of testing. As with any point-in-time assessment, findings are specific to the software, firmware, and hardware versions evaluated during the engagement period. OnDefend has recommended that continuous independent validation be conducted as updates are released.

Context: FCC Covered List Designation

DJI’s inclusion on the FCC Covered List in December 2025 was not accompanied by the identification of a specific, documented security vulnerability. DJI has appealed this designation and has consistently requested a transparent, evidence-based technical review.

DJI drones are widely used across public safety, agriculture, infrastructure, and creative industries in the United States. Restrictions on access to its technology would have downstream impacts on operational capability, business continuity, and cost structures for users across these sectors:

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

IRVINE, Calif., May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — PeproMene Bio, Inc. announced today that updated clinical data from its ongoing Phase 1 study evaluating PMB-CT01, an investigational B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R)-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, have been selected for an oral presentation at the 2026 Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA).

This presentation will highlight results from the completed dose-escalation portion of the study in relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), including patients whose cancer has progressed following standard CD19-directed CAR T-cell therapy (NCT05370430).

Among the nine patients treated in this phase, PMB-CT01 demonstrated a promising safety profile with no dose-limiting toxicities, no grade >1 cytokine release syndrome (CRS), and no grade >1 immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS). Seven of nine patients (78%) achieved a complete response (CR). At the last data cutoff, no relapses had occurred and all responses remained ongoing, with the longest response exceeding 3 years. Responding patients also achieved minimal residual disease (MRD)-negative status, indicating deep remissions with no detectable residual cancer cells.

Building on these results, the trial is actively enrolling patients into expansion cohorts for mantle cell lymphoma, large B-cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma (FL). Importantly, the first patient treated in this expansion phase – a patient with transformed FL (tFL) who had progressed following CD19 CAR T therapy – achieved a CR at their first disease assessment. tFL is an aggressive form of lymphoma with limited established treatment options.

“When cancer progresses following CD19 CAR T therapy, patients face a significant unmet medical need, with very limited treatment options remaining,” said Larry W. Kwak, M.D., Ph.D., scientific founder of PeproMene Bio. “These durable CRs clinically validate BAFF-R as a novel target, while the favorable safety profile observed to date may support future use in outpatient community oncology settings and further exploration in refractory autoimmune diseases.”

Presentation Details

Abstract Title: Durable responses and favorable safety of BAFF-R CAR T-cells (PMB-CT01) in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas with prior CD19-directed therapy failure or CD19-negative disease

Abstract: EHA-1611 S287

Date/Time: June 14, 11:00 AM – 12:15 AM CEST

Presenter: Larry W. Kwak, M.D., Ph.D.

About PMB-CT01

PMB-CT01 is a first-in-class BAFF-R-targeted autologous CAR T-cell therapy being evaluated in ongoing Phase 1 trials for relapsed/refractory B-NHL and relapsed/refractory B-ALL. BAFF-R is expressed almost exclusively on B cells and is essential for B-cell survival, reducing the likelihood of antigen-loss escape.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Clinical data show meaningful increases in organ utilization, unlocking new transplant supply in a market constrained by donor shortages

Results demonstrate HOPE expands use of marginal donor organs, increasing transplant availability for the 100,000+ patients awaiting transplants in the U.S.

DULUTH, Ga., May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bridge to Life™ Ltd., a global innovator of commercial stage organ preservation and perfusion technologies, today announced a new, pioneering study on organ preservation technologies conclusively demonstrates the efficacy and safety advantages of Hypothermic Oxygenated Perfusion (HOPE) using the innovative VitaSmart™ Perfusion System. The multicenter clinical trial, named Bridge to HOPE by sponsoring company Bridge to Life Ltd., has just been published online in JAMA Surgery. Following is a link to the online publication: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamasurgery/fullarticle/2849502. The Bridge to HOPE clinical trial was the pivotal trial reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), leading to the recent de novo clearance of the VitaSmart™ HOPE Perfusion System.

The study, titled “Portal-Venous Hypothermic Oxygenated Perfusion for Liver Transplantation: The Bridge to HOPE Trial,” is the first multicenter, randomized trial conducted in the United States to evaluate the clinical impact of end-ischemic HOPE through the portal vein alone in liver transplantation using high-risk extended criteria donors, including both Donation after Brain Death (DBD) and Donation after Circulatory Death (DCD) grafts. The study enrolled 219 recipients across 15 U.S. transplant centers and was performed using the investigational VitaSmart™ HOPE System. The study focused on higher-risk donor organs, where advanced preservation techniques can meaningfully increase utilization and improve post-transplant outcomes.

The protocol was designed with a blinded central assessment of complications and achieved early closure due to statistically superior results for the VitaSmart arm.

The VitaSmart™ HOPE System was recently launched in the US for use with donor livers following static cold storage and prior to transplantation. The FDA de novo clearance established a new regulatory classification for hypothermic oxygenated perfusion in liver transplantation in the United States.

“These study results clearly demonstrate the transformational opportunity VitaSmart provides the transplant community. This study demonstrated that portal venous HOPE offers a simple, safe, and effective preservation strategy with significant clinical benefits, and provides a scalable, logistically feasible alternative to normothermic machine perfusion, especially in the U.S. context of currently limited perfusion infrastructure,” stated Mauricio Carvalho, VP of Medical Affairs at Bridge to Life Ltd. “Overall liver-related complications were also significantly reduced by this perfusion approach.”

“We are thrilled to see the publication of this seminal study in the JAMA Surgery” commented Don Webber, CEO and President of Bridge to Life. “Despite clear clinical validation, only a fraction of transplanted livers were perfused in the U.S. due to operational and logistical complexity, and cost. Bridge to Life is focused on removing those constraints with a solution that integrates seamlessly into transplant workflows, enabling scalable adoption. Now the transplantation and surgical communities, as well as thousands of patients in the U.S. awaiting organ transplants can gain a greater appreciation for this novel organ preservation technology, and why Bridge to Life has been working tirelessly to complete the research required for launch in the US.”

About Bridge to Life™ Ltd

Bridge to Life™ Ltd is a market leader in organ preservation solutions, offering premier products such as VitaSmart™ Hypothermic Oxygenated Perfusion System, Belzer UW®and EasiSlush®.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

HOUSTON, May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Sino Biological, Inc. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 301047.SZ) has announced that its gene synthesis and cell-free protein expression workflow was used in a recent study by Tencent AI for Life Sciences Lab published in Nature Communications, enabling rapid validation of AI-designed proteins with improved activity, stability, and multifunctionality.

Bridging AI Protein Design and Experimental Validation

Artificial intelligence has accelerated protein amino acid sequence design; however, translating these computational designs into functional proteins remains a key challenge in protein engineering. Protein activity, stability, folding, and expression are influenced by complex structural and biochemical factors, often causing discrepancies between in silico predictions and experiments.

To address this gap, the study introduced an Ontology Reinforcement Iteration (ORI) framework, integrating protein ontology with reinforcement learning from wet-lab feedback. Experimental data, including protein expression levels and functional activity, were continuously fed back into the model enabling iterative optimization of protein sequences and improved design accuracy.

Cell-Free Protein Synthesis Accelerates the AI Design Loop

The researchers subsequently utilized Sino Biological’s XPressMAX™ Cell-Free Protein Synthesis Kit to enable rapid protein expression and functional screening. Protein-coding sequences cloned into the kit’s expression vector and added to the proprietary cell-free reaction system supported rapid design–build–test cycles.

Using this workflow, the team engineered a lysozyme with over 100-fold higher activity than the natural enzyme, developed a thermostable chitinase retaining activity at 85°C, and expressed bifunctional enzymes with improved performance compared with naturally occurring multifunctional enzymes.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

SHANGHAI, May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Moyom Biotechnology announced that its premium regenerative aesthetics product, Aphranel® MagiCCrystal CaHA Filler officially achieved European Union Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) certification on May 18, 2026, under the registered name “Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) Microsphere Injectable Facial Filler”.

Aphranel® is among the first regenerative CaHA injectable fillers from the Asia-Pacific region to achieve certification directly under the EU MDR framework, and is premium regenerative CaHA filler from the Asia-Pacific region directly certified under EU MDR.

The certification confirms that the product complies with the European Union’s stringent regulatory requirements across quality management, clinical evaluation, manufacturing standards, safety, traceability, and post-market surveillance.

Implemented in May 2021, the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) replaced the previous Medical Device Directive (MDD) and introduced significantly stricter requirements for medical device compliance throughout the European market. Under MDR transition regulations, medical devices without MDR certification after December 31, 2027, will no longer be permitted to remain on the EU market.

The certification process lasted 2 years and 7 months under the MDR Class III pathway for high-risk absorbable implantable medical devices, without equivalence routes or exemptions.

To support the certification, Moyom Biotechnology completed the EU MDR conformity assessment process with BSI, a UK-based Notified Body and the world’s first MDR-designated organization.

During Aphranel’s early global expansion, the company was once advised to adopt a European brand identity for international markets.

However, Aphranel’s founder believed otherwise:

“We believe a global regenerative aesthetics brand can originate from China.” That position has continued to shape the company’s long-term international strategy.

In the field of regenerative medical aesthetics, Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) technologies have historically been led by a limited number of international manufacturers, with few major technological advances over the past decade.

Aphranel has pursued a different direction through proprietary R&D focused on fully biodegradable CaHA materials, advancing microsphere structural design, degradation pathway validation, and manufacturing optimization.

Aphranel has maintained a product-led, long-term development strategy. Alongside China’s first Class III medical device approval for an original CaHA microsphere injectable facial filler, the company has continued refining its biomaterial formulation design and conducting long-term safety studies, including clinical follow-up extending up to 39 months.

The product instructions also specify complete in vivo biodegradation, validated through clinical and regulatory compliance standards.

Aphranel’s CaHA injectable facial filler is formulated with 30% CaHA microspheres and 70% CMC gel carrier. The material is designed to provide immediate structural support and stimulate collagen regeneration through biostimulatory mechanisms.

Its core technologies include the patented ACD-MT® CaHA microsphere structure and PCD-ETT® gel technology. The CaHA microspheres measure approximately 30–35 μm and feature a raspberry-shaped porous structure designed to support tissue integration and collagen regeneration. With a G’ value of approximately 5500 Pa, the material provides injection stability while maintaining gradual biodegradation.

The material contains no residual chemical cross-linking agents. As the material gradually biodegrades, released calcium ions are naturally metabolized within the body, contributing to long-term tissue compatibility.

In China’s premium medical aesthetics market, Aphranel is positioned as a high-end regenerative injectable product, with a recommended retail price of RMB 12,800 per 0.5 mL syringe.

Aphranel has also introduced the concept of “The Poetics of Time,” reflecting its focus on regenerative aesthetics, gradual improvement, and long-term structural results.

In January 2026, Aphranel presented at IMCAS Paris 2026, one of the world’s leading medical aesthetics congresses, broadening its international academic and professional presence.

For Moyom Biotechnology, the MDR certification marks a contribution to the global development of regenerative aesthetics through biomaterial innovation, clinical research, and international collaboration.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

HFS Research names Aokah an early leader in shifting GCC advisory from weeks-long consulting cycles to AI-led, hours-long decision intelligence, citing a rare live enterprise proof point and the only pure-play GCC Services-as-Software platform in the market

NEW YORK, May 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — When the head of Global Business Services at a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer needed to stress-test GCC location choices in real time and clear CFO scrutiny on costs, he turned to Aokah. What would have taken 10 weeks of consultant output was done in less than one week. That result, documented and verified by independent analyst firm HFS Research, is what earned Aokah the HFS Hot Tech Vendor designation for 2026.

HFS Research, one of the world’s leading global research and advisory firms, selected Aokah from a competitive field of emerging technology providers based on five criteria: distinctiveness of offering, ecosystem robustness, client impact, financial position, and measurable impact on the Services-as-Software category. Aokah was recognized as ‘one of the first vendors to address the GCC advisory bottleneck’ by replacing people-intensive consulting with an AI-native execution intelligence platform.

‘The market for GCC setup advisory is shifting from a consulting-led, weeks-long decision cycle to a data- and AI-led, hours-long one. Aokah is the early leader in this shift.’ — HFS Research, 2026

The Problem Aokah Was Built to Solve

Global demand for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) has grown rapidly, with more than 1,800 GCCs operating in India alone, with additional acceleration across LATAM, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia. Yet the way enterprises set up GCCs has not kept pace. More than 72% of new GCC builds experience material delays or cost overruns within their first 24 months, driven by fragmented advisory models, manual decision-making, and execution complexity that outpaces consulting capacity.

Aokah was founded to end that execution gap. Its AI-native platform compresses every phase of the GCC lifecycle, from strategic exploration to go-live and optimization, replacing weeks of consulting-heavy analysis with platform-led execution intelligence.

What the Platform Does

Aokah’s platform maps directly to the GCC lifecycle through three core modules:

All three modules are powered by Aokah’s proprietary 5 Wisdom Engines, spanning Program, Geo, Talent, Ecosystem, and Delivery intelligence, drawing on codified methodology from more than 300 enterprise GCC programs across 25+ years of operating experience.

What Enterprises Are Saying

Three global enterprises in consumer goods, diversified manufacturing, and logistics are actively using Aokah Explorer and Builder in live programs. The Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer case, cited directly in the HFS report, stands as one of the clearest proof points in the category: objective, AI-driven location intelligence that reconciled anecdotal consultant preferences with real data, including high-attrition market traps, and delivered a defensible shortlist the CFO accepted.

“GCCs don’t fail because of bad strategy. They fail because execution is fragmented, slow, and opaque. We built Aokah to change that, giving enterprise leaders the intelligence and orchestration they need to make faster decisions, reduce execution risk, and build GCCs that deliver from day one. This recognition from HFS validates that we are building the right platform at the right moment.” — Atul Vashistha, Founder, Chairman & CEO, Aokah

“Aokah is one of the first players to combine deep GCC focus with a genuine services-as-software model. The combination of proprietary data, AI-native workflows, and hard-won operating experience from 300+ enterprise programs creates a foundation that competitors will find difficult to match. Buyers who engage Aokah early will compress decision cycles, de-risk location and org-design choices with evidence, and free their consulting partners to focus on advisory and change management.”— Achyuta Ghosh, Executive Research Leader, HFS Research

Defining a New Category: GCC Services-as-Software

The HFS Hot Tech designation places Aokah within the Services-as-Software (SaS) category, a market HFS Research estimates will reshape more than $1.5 trillion in enterprise technology and services spend over the coming decade. Within this shift, HFS positions Aokah as ‘one of the first players to combine GCC focus with services-as-software,’ occupying a clear whitespace between generalist AI consulting platforms and specialist GCC advisory firms.

The report further notes that Aokah is also being white-labeled by consulting and research firms, meaning enterprise GBS leaders may already be using Aokah as the underlying intelligence engine without realizing it. HFS advises buyers to ask their consulting partners which platform is powering their location intelligence and GCC playbooks.

Aokah expanded into the EMEA market in January 2026 with the launch of UK operations, extending its platform to support European enterprises designing and scaling GCC strategies.

About Aokah

Aokah is an AI-powered execution intelligence and orchestration platform for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), and enterprise transformation leaders. Its AI-native Services-as-Software™ model helps enterprises explore, build, and optimize GCC operations using proprietary data across 500+ global cities, agentic workflows, and execution governance intelligence built from 300+ enterprise GCC programs. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in New York, Aokah is backed by Mphasis Corporation and counts Fortune 500 companies in consumer goods, diversified manufacturing, logistics, and chemicals among its early clients.
